The Andrews ISD South End Zone Building is a new 8,500 square foot (new enclosed building only), freestanding, one-story masonry and steel building housing new concessions preparation and vending space for home and visiting spectators, with separate restroom facilities for home and visitors, and team dressing rooms at the Mustang Bowl. Other improvements included in this project were a new, free-standing pre-engineered steel storage building with masonry water table at Devonian Elementary School; a new, freestanding switchgear building and transformer service for AISD High School; and HVAC unit replacements at AISD Vocational Building.
