Regional architectural firm is in search of an experienced Administrative Assistant. Full-time position working with five Licensed Architects and all other staff, performing a wide range of professional administrative and office support activities to facilitate efficient operation. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel are essential, as are good analytical and problem-solving skills, good written and verbal communication skills, efficient time management skills with the ability to balance numerous requirements, and the ability to learn quickly and work independently as well as part of a team.
