The general scope of work for this Project includes but is not limited to the Construction of 110,00 SF New K-12 school. The Project scope includes the re-route of private and public utilities and infrastructure, landscaping enhancements, and new parking lot paving.  It will entail a New Ag Shop, new Bus Maintenance Facility, Dome Structure for Auditorium, 2 Gyms, Athletic Locker Rooms, Kitchen with Concession Stand area, Commons area.  Administration Area, Classrooms including Science Labs, as well as Band Hall and Library. The project is required to be delivered for occupancy on time and within budget.
