Description:

Renovation of approximately 11,800 square feet of existing interior space, reconfigured with new partitions and finishes for an advanced Culinary Arts program, expansion of the existing Metal Arts (welding) program, and a new Floral Design lab.  The project included design of electrical service to accommodate over 30 new self-filtering welding booths; design of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems for over 13 pieces of new cooking equipment under a pair of exhaust/fire suppression hoods, including a new grease trap; and design of electrical and plumbing services for a classroom style lab for floral design.  All new floor, wall and ceiling finishes were provided in the Culinary Arts and Floral Design spaces.
